We zebras live in herds in the vast grasslands of Africa. As you can easily see, we are related to horses, but we live wild and our fur has a unique striped pattern that makes it difficult to spot us in the grass or between bushes. I never let my child, the little Ostheimer zebra, out of my sight. Life in the savannah is too dangerous.
