Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide using GLS. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours, though during busy periods this may take longer.
Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched from Tuesday.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

While we do our best to ensure your parcel arrives quickly, sometimes delays can occur due to GLS, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. We thank you for your patience should this happen.

Returns & Exchanges


At Museum of Mini we accept returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the items have not been used or damaged and retain their original tags.

To proceed with a return or exchange, the original purchase receipt must be presented. In the event of a return, a store credit will be issued for the corresponding amount. Refunds are not available, except in the case of defective products.


Our store credits do not expire, and may be used at any time throughout the year — whether in our physical store or on our official online shop.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For deliveries within Spain, we use GLS; estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2– 4 business days, unless otherwise stated.

  • Local deliveries within Madrid (within a 12 km radius of our store) are dispatched on the same day if the order is placed before 13:00, or the next business day if placed later.
  • For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance and courier; typical delivery windows are 5–15 business days.

  • For shipments to certain international destinations, import duties or additional taxes may apply — these are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise indicated.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is complete and correct; Museum of Mini cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

  • In the event that a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist you with the claim process.

  • Please note: original shipping costs (and duties/taxes if charged) are non-refundable when returning an item, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

General Notes

  • Museum of Mini reserves the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition, has been used, or is missing the original tags.

  • Please return items carefully packaged, using a tracked service if possible; until the item reaches us, the customer retains responsibility.
