Birthday Celebrations at Museum of Mini

Before confirming your reservation, please read our terms carefully. These guidelines help us ensure a calm, safe, and joyful experience for every family.

✳︎ Booking & Payment

  • To secure your date, a €200 non-refundable deposit is required.

  • This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client, as it locks the date and team for your event.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 5 days before the celebration via bank transfer.

  • If payment is not received by that date, the reservation may be canceled and the date released.

✳︎ Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you depending on availability.

  • Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance may use the deposit as credit toward a future date or activity at Museum of Mini (within 3 months).

  • Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

✳︎ Duration & Timing

  • Each celebration includes 3 hours of use. You may choose a morning or afternoon time slot.

  • You may arrive 30 minutes before your start time for setup.

  • Please be punctual to ensure a smooth experience.

✳︎ Capacity

  • Our maximum capacity is 10 children and 20 adults.

  • For safety and comfort, this limit cannot be extended.

✳︎ Food & Decoration

  • You’re welcome to bring your own snacks, cake, and drinks (or request our add-on options).

  • Decoration depends on the package chosen. If you bring extra décor, it must be easy to set up and respectful of the space (please avoid confetti, glitter, or loose helium balloons).

✳︎ Supervision & Responsibility

  • While we offer a thoughtfully designed and child-friendly environment, adult supervision is required at all times.

  • Any damage to the space or materials must be covered by the person who booked the celebration.

✳︎ Cleaning

  • We’ll take care of the general cleaning after your celebration, but we kindly ask that you leave the space in good condition. Please remove any personal items, decorations, or leftover food at the end of your rental time. If the space is left in poor condition or requires extra cleaning, an additional fee may apply.
