Mini Yogi & Mindfulness
For babies aged 1–3 · Led by Marta Soria

As parents, we often look for quality moments that allow us to slow down and truly connect with our little ones. Yoga is, at its core, a practice of self-awareness — a bridge that helps us understand what we're feeling so we can be fully present, both with ourselves and with our children. In these sessions, yoga becomes a shared language between parent and child.
Through postures that strengthen and stretch, children discover their movement potential while parents reconnect with their own bodies.
Simple breathing tools to calm the mind and regulate rhythm — offering children a steady, embodied model of calm.
Drawing from a Montessori perspective, we cultivate the capacity to be present — accepting whatever emotions and sensations arise.
A space of stillness to release tension, allowing the nervous systems of parent and child to find a shared state of ease.
Every session is deeply playful and sensory, drawing on games, rhythm, songs, and stories. The goal isn't a perfect pose — it's building self-regulation skills that travel home with you, turning everyday routines into moments of conscious connection.
Mini Yogi & Mindfulness
For kids aged 3–6 · Led by Marta Soria

Yoga is an ancient practice of self-knowledge — a tool that helps children understand what's happening inside them so they can connect harmoniously with themselves and their surroundings. In these sessions for children aged 3 and up, we take an integrated approach across four essential areas.
Strengthening and stretching postures help children develop a healthy relationship with their bodies and support motor development.
We teach children to use breath as their own resource to regulate emotions and physical rhythms throughout the day.
Through self-observation, we nurture the ability to notice sensations and emotions — planting the seeds of patience and concentration.
We guide children into a state of calm that reduces tension and supports a peaceful rhythm after the busyness of daily life.
Inspired by a Montessori approach, every session unfolds through songs, stories, and imaginative adventures. Our aim is for these tools to become a resource children can draw on independently, long after they leave the room.
Mother's Circle
For mothers · Every other Tuesday at 11 am · In Spanish

A space to be together. This circle opens an intimate and honest place for mothers — somewhere to meet, share, and hold one another. A pause to breathe together, feel accompanied, and remember that motherhood doesn't have to be lived in solitude.
This is a living circle where every mother is welcomed with her story, emotions, doubts, and love. A place to share without filters, to inhabit ourselves fully, and to support each other through the profound journey of becoming and being a mother.
Together we reflect on the many themes that move through us: conscious parenting, motherhood and its shadows, emotions, the inner child, partnership, the postpartum period, identity shifts, and childhood.
A small, carefully held space where every mother can show up exactly as she is.
Space for both speaking and being heard — without judgment, without performance.
Emotional support that flows between mothers, held together rather than carried alone.
Real, lasting bonds with other mothers who truly understand where you are.
Guided by Ivanna Galuppo, psychologist specialising in conscious parenting and founder of A Tribe of Mommas. Ivanna accompanies women through the transformations that motherhood brings — overwhelm, the bond with children, and reconnection with oneself. Her approach unites psychology with tools centred on the emotional world, relationships, and childhood. She trained with Dr. Shefali Tsabary, deepened her practice in Emotional Education with Yvonne Laborda, and currently studies at Laura Gutman's School of Human Biography.

Friday
Baby Sensory Play
In English · Led by Sensoki

Sensoki classes have a simple, gentle structure that helps children feel safe and settled. We always begin and end with a short book or songs — helping children understand when the class is starting and when it's finishing, which is especially important for young children.
Children explore in their own way, at their own pace — no pressure, no expectations. From 6 months, children learn best by touching, moving, and following what interests them.
Several themed activity stations each week, designed to support fine and gross motor skills, coordination, concentration, problem-solving, and creativity.
English is introduced slowly and naturally through play — organic language exposure children can easily carry home and use.
Parents play alongside their child and enjoy the experience together. Simple activity ideas for home are shared throughout the session.
A calm, welcoming space where children explore freely, parents feel supported, and learning happens naturally through play.
