This summer, I'm heading on a few adventures with my 2 and 4 year old girls. As a seasoned traveler (my first traveled to 11 countries on her first year of life!), I'm also a light packer and will bring only a few essentials. Pack with me below.

Here's what I'm bringing with us this summer:
For my 2 year old

For my 2 year old, we travel with a book so bedtime stories feel as close to home as possible. Don't forget, hats and sunscreen. I also love to travel with ponchos as they are great for beach & pool in between swims, and are super comfortable to wear and carry. I also pack my nappies and wipes in a travel pouch which I throw in my bag.
For my 4 year old

A sun hat is mandatory!
For the shared suitcase, toys on the go

Stickers
My best travel hack always includes stickers. For the ride or coffee breaks, it's perfect to carry around and they provide hours of entertainment.
Water Books
Another one you cannot miss, the water books are great because they can paint and don't make a mess. It includes a brush that you fill with water and as they paint, the colours magically appear.
Garden, Grow, Eat! Placemat to Go - Colouring Craft Kit
For the plane or train rides, nothing like our washable placemats. They can color in as many times as they want, wash it and start again. Also great to bring with you on your bags and take to cafés and restaurants.
